Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad warned the UN Security Council on Tuesday that if it discussed Iran's nuclear program, then Teheran would renege on its obligations according to the nuclear weapons non-proliferation treaty.
The treaty required Iran to allow International Atomic Energy Agency's inspectors to perform surprise visits to its nuclear facilities.
