The Libyan Civil Mission to Support the Palestinian People has announced that it will send an aid flotilla to the Gaza Strip, according to a Palestine Telegraph report on Tuesday.
The flotilla will hold the title of "Jerusalem 5," the report claimed, and was announced in conjunction with the launch of the British aid convoy "Lifeline" which will be led by British MP George Galloway heading to Gaza early in October.

According to the report, the flotilla will be launched from Britain and head to Gaza through Latakia and Tripoli, Liyban site "Libya 24" quoted bin Othman as saying.
Othman stressed that the flotilla will be coordinated with the concerned authorities of the British convoy and the British Association, the report said.
Members of the convoy are set to include many Arab and North African parliamentary characters, Othman said according to the report.
The report suggested that the aid flotillas would start to arrive from Europe and North Africa in Libya on October 10. The flotillas are set to continue to arrive until October 15 and then head to Gaza two days later.
