PA arrests four Islamic Jihad activists in W. Bank

The Palestinian Authority on Tuesday arrested four Islamic Jihad militants in the West Bank, a day after the group carried out a suicide bombing that killed five people at a Netanya mall. The Palestinian Authority has so far been reluctant to confront terrorists groups for fear of internal unrest. But Monday's suicide bombing brought renewed calls from the United States and Israel for Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas to crack down on the groups.
