Quartet to meet key Arab nations Sept. 23 to promote Arab-Israeli peace

The international Mideast mediators known as the Quartet will meet with key Arab nations next month to promote new efforts to revive the Arab-Israeli peace process, the UN's top Middle East envoy said Wednesday.
