Report: Prisoner swap to take place on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m.

The prisoner swap between Hizbullah and Israel will take place on Wednesday morning, at 9:00 a.m., the Lebanese newspaper As-Safir reported on Monday.
According to the report, the guerilla organization has decided to name the swap the "Radiwan Operation," referring to Hizbullah arch-terrorist Imad Mughniyeh, who was also nicknamed, Sheikh Radiwan. Mughinyeh was killed in February by a car bomb in Damascus.
