Report: UN given proof of Iran rearming Hizbullah

Israel gave the UN satellite photos proving Iran's involvement in rearming Hizbullah, Israel Radio quoted the Arab paper Dar Al Hayat on Monday. According to the report, the weapons are taken from Iran to Syria where they are stored in a large warehouse. There, a Hizbullah-affiliated minister of the Lebanese parliament supervises the loading of weapons and equipment on trucks which travel to Lebanon via the Syria-Lebanon border. UN decision 1701 from August 2006 demanded Hizbullah disband itself and prohibited the organization from rearming.
