PA Foreign Minister Mahmoud Zahar said Sunday that he expected an agreement on the Palestinian prisoners' document to be reached within days, or even hours.
Zahar said that under the agreement, a Palestinian state would be established within the 1967 borders and any "armed struggle" would be confined to the disputed areas, Army Radio reported.
