A fifth suspect turned himself in to police on Tuesday for the fatal stabbing of a teenage soldier Sunday night, after police had launched a manhunt for the 23-year-old Ra’anana man.The suspect arrived at the Sharon subdistrict headquarters in Kfar Saba on Tuesday afternoon, escorted by his attorney.Over the previous day, four other suspects had been arrested by Sharon subdistrict police, out of a total of 20 people who were taken in to custody in the hours after the murder. On Tuesday, the four suspects were brought to the Petah Tikva Magistrate’s Court, where three were ordered to be kept in custody for a week and a fourth for two days. The victim of the stabbing, 18-year-old Yiftah Grady of Givatayim, was involved in a brawl inside the Shesh club in the city that had spiraled out of control. After the revelers were tossed from the club by security guards, the fight continued outside, during which Grady was stabbed to death. One of the suspects, Manny Dabush, appeared in court with his right arm in a sling.Dabush, who has a record of violent and property crimes, said he had nothing to do with the killing. He said he was wounded during the fight, which involved a large number of people throughout the establishment. On Tuesday police brought the owner of the club in for questioning, and ordered the establishment closed for 30 days.So far the suspects arrested in the case have denied involvement in Grady’s murder.Police suspect that all five were involved in some way or another in the murder and that the weapon used was taken from the club’s kitchen.
