Following the initial shootings, large police forces were deployed to the town and were conducting searches, which netted several automatic weapons and pistols.
At some point in the afternoon, shooting broke out again, both between the families and towards the police forces present in the town.
Police returned fire and subsequently began house-to-house searches to apprehend those responsible. Police called it a "serious incident" and said they would continue operating and searching until all of the involved parties were found.
Two people were moderately injured and another was seriously wounded from gunfire overnight Sunday. The man who sustained serious injuries later died of his wounds.
