Turkish FM committed to diplomatic deal on Iran

Turkey's foreign minister says his country will remain engaged in diplomatic efforts to resolve an international dispute over Iran's nuclear program.
Ahmet Davutoglu says Turkey wants to facilitate a peaceful end to the standoff."We do not want to have any nuclear weaponry system in our region," Davutoglu said Friday in Lisbon, Portugal.
Davutoglu said he has maintained a "very constructive dialogue" with Washington, even though Turkey voted against new US-backed sanctions against Iran that passed in the UN Security Council last month.
