Erdan turns down offer to be UN Ambassador

Environmental Protection Minister Gilad Erdan told Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman on Tuesday that he would not accept the offer to become Israel's ambassador to the UN.

Erdan said that he prefers to continue working on environmental reforms and as the minister responsible for communication between the government and the knesset.
