Maslavi Building Ltd. is constructing a 20-story luxury office building in Givatayim at an investment of NIS 137 million. The building will be constructed on an 8.2-dunam plot, which the company bought for NIS 49.6m.
In the first stage of the project, 35,000 square meters of office space will be built of which 21,000 sq.m. will be above ground and 14,000 sq.m. below ground level.
In the next stage, Maslavi is planning to seek approval to erect another residential or official building for a constructed space of 80,000 sq.m.
