Naile Admasu was the overall men's winner at the 15th Jerusalem Half Marathon that raced through the streets of the capital on Monday. Admasu, from Ethiopia, finished the 21.1-kilometer route in 1 hour 9 minutes 24 seconds.
Asaf Bimro came in second overall and first among Israelis by crossing the finish line in 1:10:18.
Dagne Kalkidan, also from Ethiopia, won the women's event in 1:19:12, followed 75 seconds later by Tiberias marathon winner Nili Abramski.
Approximately 2,000 runners participated in the half marathon and a 10km race.
