A superb Egert & Cohen performance saw it humble the mighty Emunah's Hakotel team 3-1 in the Moshiko Soccer League last weekend.
Solid defending from Natan and Naf Fagleman and great passing from Rafi Smith provided the platform for Rafi Grosskoff to score a fine brace, while Yossi Saunders converted from the penalty spot.
Big Apple Pizza impressed in a 4-0 victory over Reishit United. Shlomi Adler scored two and Steven Brown and Yanki Wolf one a piece, earning them an important 3 points.
JLE set a league record as it thrashed Lev Hatorah 17-1. A blistering display saw Eli Tamir and David Leiwy claim 4, Lee Reisman and Adam Grossman 3, Yisrael Yanez 2, and keeper Max Goldenberg 1. Lev Hatorah showed great spirit but Natan Santacruz's stunning goal was too little, too late for the Americans.
Josh Grant hit a hattrick for the GB Team as it condemned Jewventus to a 3-1 defeat.
Davy Liser pulled off some magnificent saves for Cafe Rimon in a highly entertaining encounter with rivals SA Seniors. Shue Mervis sent Rimon ahead with a clever shot and Ronny Perel sealed the 2-0 victory with a ferocious strike.
