Sam Goldberg laced five hits, and David Aron cleared the bases with a three-run triple.

Ami Baran and Marc Bodner combined for a three-hitter and Penticon's 11-run second inning put the game out of reach early as Penticon defeated Triple T 23-0 in the Israel Softball Association's Babe Gillett Fast-pitch Fall Tournament. Sam Goldberg laced five hits, including key two-run singles in the first and second innings and David Aron cleared the bases with a three-run triple before being thrown out at home trying for an inside-the-park homerun. Baran struck out five, walked one and allowed two hits, and Bodner in relief retired six of the seven batters he faced. However, Jake Miller was outstanding at catcher with three put-outs and also beat out an infield hit. Yisrael Dahan made his pitching debut and allowed only five runs in two innings while making two nice fielding plays. Magic Gezer 26, Tri-United 2 Pitcher Blair Portnoy allowed only two unearned runs and Magic Gezer broke the game open with a 10-run third. Benny Ruggill, Tom Haskel, Gil Siegel and Alon Leichman all had multi-hit games. Right fielder Ronen Menashe was the Tri-United fielding star, and Sholom Menorah made several nice plays at pitcher.
