Andy Ram and Yoni Erlich will face the toughest possible opponents on Sunday when they make their Masters Cup debut.
The Israelis will face the world's top-ranked doubles team of Bob and Mike Bryan after being drawn into the Red Group on Wednesday.
The twin brothers from the US have already guaranteed themselves a first-place finish in the ATP Doubles Race and are undoubtedly the best doubles team in the world.
The Americans completed a career Grand Slam by winning the Wimbledon title this year and won the season finale back-to-back in 2003 and 2004.
The Red Group also includes the world's fourth-ranked team of Australian Paul Hanley and Zimbabwean Kevin Ullyett and the sixth-ranked pairing of Czech Martin Damm and Indian Leander Paes.
Hanley and Ullyet only began playing doubles together this season and lost to Ram and Erlich in the final in Adelaide in their first tournament ever as a team.
Damm and Paes are also a new doubles pairing, reaching the Australian Open final in their Grand Slam debut. The team has been ranked in the top 10 since January and won its first Grand Slam title at the US Open in September.
Damm and Paes have both appeared in the Masters Cup in the past with different partners, but will take part as a pairing for the first time.
