Inaugural hike raises money for terror victims' families

Koby Mandell's parents organize event 10 years after their son was killed while hiking.

Ten years ago, Koby Mandell and his friend Yosef Ishran went hiking in the West Bank near their homes in Tekoa. The hike came to a tragic end when the two teenagers were stoned to death and their bodies were found in a nearby cave.
A decade later, Mandell’s parents led a five day hike that has raised $16,000 for the Koby Mandell foundation. Ten people participated in the Kilometers for Koby hike, and each person was asked to raise at least $2,500.
