VIENNA - A UN nuclear watchdog report showed on Friday that little substantive headway has been made so far in its long-running investigation into suspected atomic bomb research by Iran.

The lack of movement in the inquiry by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will disappoint the West and could further complicate efforts by six world powers to negotiate an end to a decade-old standoff with Iran over its nuclear program.
