Municipal kindergartens and after-school programs in Jerusalem will be closed on Tuesday as part of a general strike, according to the Jeruslem Municipality.

Special education programs will go on as scheduled.

Transportation in the city is also expected to be disrupted since the city's garbage workers are also on strike and piles of trash have been blocking streets and light rail tracks.
