Lipman: Obama understands who Israelis are as people

Yesh Atid MK Dov Lipman praised US President Barack Obama's speech at the Jerusalem International Convention Center on Thursday, saying the American president did a good just of solidifying the relationship between the US and Israel.
"Anybody who heard this speech understands that there's deep deep roots, that he understands who we are as people, that he understands that peace is not easy but also understands that it's necessary to strive for," Lipman told The Jerusalem Post.
