Magnitude 5.7 quake strikes at sea 80 miles south of Athens

A 5.7 magnitude earthquake struck at sea 80 miles south of the Greek capital on Friday, the US Geological Survey said. It was 70 miles deep.

There were no immediate reports of casualties in the quake which struck north of Crete.
