Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met on Wednesday in Jerusalem with Jason Greenblatt, the Trump administration’s special representative for international negotiations.

Also at the meeting were US Ambassador to Israel, David Friedman, and Israel's Ambassador to the United States, Ron Dermer.

Greenblatt arrived in Israel on Monday for his most recent visit in a series planned for meetings with Israeli and Palestinian officials.

Greenblatt, a Jewish American who served as one of Trump's lawyers for many years, is currently leading the president's effort to jumpstart Mideast peace talks.
