PA's Hamdallah: Muslim states call on Abbas to hold emergency meeting on Al-Aksa 'attacks'

Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah said on Thursday that Muslim states were calling for PA President Mahmoud Abbas to hold an emergency meeting with Muslim nations to discuss "Israeli attack on the Al-Aksa Mosque and (east) Jerusalem."

Hamdallah made the remarks in New York on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly at a meeting of Organization of Islamic Cooperation foreign ministers.
