On Thursday Netanyahu met with an eight-person congressional delegation from the House Armed Services Committee, including its chairman Buck McKeon (R-California).

He told the US officials that Israel and the US had common enemies and talked about the rise of radical Islamic terrorists, namely, the ever-expanding ISIS group.

The Prime Minister compared Hamas to ISIS, as he has in the past, adding that the enemies of the Jewish state were those of the US and all entire civilized world. "I think we should take a common stand to defeat them," Netanyahu said, adding, "I appreciate your support, the support of the United States of America, in this common effort."
