Palestinian infant boy found on side of road in northern West Bank

An abandoned Palestinian infant was found on the side of the road in the northern West Bank by Israeli authorities on Friday.

The infant boy, whom authorities believe to be three months old, was discovered by passersby not far from the Jewish settlement of Shaked.

Israeli army medics administered first aid to the infant, who was then rushed to hospital in a Magen David Adom ambulance.

The infant exhibited signs of dehydration, but was fully conscious. He is in stable condition at Hillel Yaffe Hospital in Hadera.
