Palestinian prime minister pulled over for second time in 12 hours

The convoy of Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah was stopped for the second time in one day on Tuesday evening near Tapuah Junction, Palestinian news agency Ma'an reported.

Hamdallah was pulled over for speeding on Tuesday morning while driving along Route 60 connecting the West Bank towns of Ramallah and Nablus, according to Israel Radio.
