Supporters of the release of Israeli agent Jonathan Pollard will hold a protest at 6 p.m. Sunday opposite the US Embassy in Tel Aviv on the Herbert Samuel promenade.
Pollard's wife Esther and MKs from across the political spectrum will speak at the event and American Jewish leaders will address the crowd via satellite.
Recent official pro-Pollard rallies have only been held in Jerusalem. The organizers of Sunday's event decided to hold it near the embassy for the first time "to attract a massive crowd and make the message clear to ensure that with God's help it will be the last rally before Jonathan comes home."
