Turkey to hold snap parliamentary election on Nov. 1

ANKARA - The chairman of Turkey's election board, Sadi Guven, on Tuesday confirmed Nov. 1 as the date for a snap parliamentary election.
Turkey held a parliamentary election on June 7th but its political parties failed to form a working coalition government after Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu's AK Party was denied a single party government for the first time in 13 years.
