Two injured following shooting incident in southern Israel

Two Israeli men were injured Sunday night as a result of a shooting incident in the town of Rahat, situated in the Negev (southern Israel).

According to Magen David Adom, one man, aged 50, was gravely injured and has been transferred to a nearby hospital for further intensive medical care. The other victim of the shooting, aged 20, was lightly injured and also evacuated to receive treatment.

The full details of the incident have not been revealed, and a terror motive has yet to have been ruled out.
