UN says 3,660 killed in Ukraine violence since April

GENEVA - At least 3,660 people were killed and 8,756 wounded in violence in Eastern Ukraine between mid-April and Oct 6, the UN Human Rights Office said on Wednesday, publishing a monthly report by UN monitors in the country.
At least 331 fatalities were recorded after a ceasefire on Sept 5, the UN Human Rights Office said, although some of those deaths may have occurred earlier and been recorded only after that date.
