A community has right, no an obligation to choose what is constructed in it's district. Hopefully, the choice is intelligent and SERVES the community in which it is constructed. It is up to the officials to faithfully represent and protect the standards of the community in a fashion that will improve the community for ALL people. Would a community license cigarette sales in the lobby of a hospital? Good people are good without respect to how they practice a belief. If there are ties to destructive elements, is it still good?
