Eytan Fox’s latest film, Cupcakes (2013), a musical comedy, opened on March 27 at the Quad Theater in New York City. It features a song by Babydaddy of Scissor Sisters and stars some of Israel’s most celebrated actors, among them Dana Ivgy, who just won both Best Actress (for Zero Motivation) and Best Supporting Actress (for Next to Her) at the Ophir Awards.Eytan Fox is best known for his films Yossi & Jagger, which won the Best Actor Award at the Tribeca Film Festival for its star, Ohad Knoller, and Walk on Water.
