The families of fallen soldiers appealed to Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Herzi Halevi and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant: "If you do not withdraw from the appointment of Brig.-Gen. Shlomi Binder to the position of head of the Military intelligence and to the rank of Major-General - we will appeal to the High Court of Justice," Israeli media reported on Friday.
