Sunbeat 2012, the Summer Global Beats Festival, returns after a successful debut last year for an all-day show at the Alonin Farm in the Jezreel Valley on June 16.

Musical headliners include local favorite Karolina, Belgium’s Zap Mama and Austria’s Bauchklang.

The multi-cultural Zap Mama perform in English and French, with deep African roots, owing to singer Marie Daulne’s upbringing in the Congo.

Bauchklang is vocal beatbox ensemble formed in 1996 that channels everything from hip hop and reggae to trance and ambient music with only the power of their voices.
