Diego is 26 years old from Cochabamba, Bolivia. He is currently pursuing a LL.M in Public International Law at Maastricht University and a M.A in International Relations at Leiden University. He has published articles on International Affairs, Peacekeeping, Israeli Foreign Policy, Latin America and Jewish Life.
