Why Judaism is Din el Batel = canceled in the eyes of Islam.
Since Islam came to the world, in Islamic view Judaism does not exist. Upon its birth Islam canceled Judaism.
According to Islam, neither The Balfour Declaration, a letter dated November 2nd, 1917 issued by the United Kingdom's Foreign Secretary Arthur James Balfour to Walter Rothschild, the 2nd Baron Rothschild, who was the leader of the British Jewish community, for transmission to the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Ireland. It reads: “His Majesty's government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country,” nor the world’s powers, after WWI and the League of Nations, with their assertion to establish the Jewish State in the Land of Israel, had the right to give the land to the Jews.
In the eyes of Islam, Jews are not a nation; they are scattered minority communities of people of the Jewish faith living all over the world, i.e. Polish Jews, Yemenite-Jews, American Jews, British Jews, etc. These Jews have nothing to do with Jewish nationalism.
The Zionist movement however claims that because they are Jews, no matter where they live, they belong to one nation, the Jewish nation. But not in the eyes of Islam. Jews are not a nation just as the Islamic nation, in Arabic Ummah, is not a nation per se. It is not an ethnically united group of Moslem nations and it is not one state of Islam united in mutual nationalism. Under this premise Moslems project the same approach on the Jews. Jews are not a nation and they do not need one state for Jews, a Jewish State. In this case, Zionism is not legal and Moslems do not recognize the movement’s premise.
For centuries the land of Israel was occupied by Moslems invaders. In Islamic belief, land that was under the rule of Islam forever belongs to Islam. For that matter, the land of Israel must remain under the rule of Islam. And the inability of Islam to accept the existence of Israel spreads its tentacles around the Moslem world.
Hudaybiyya then till today
During 628 A.D. Muhammad attempted to make a pilgrimage to the Kaba in Mecca. As he neared the town Meccan troops opposed him and forbid him to proceed to Mecca. However, the Meccans entered into negotiations with him about ten miles outside of Mecca, by the spring of Hudaybiyya. Muhammad and the Meccans concluded a treaty for 9 years, 9 months and 9 days, known as the Treaty of Hudaybiyya. This treaty humiliated the Muslims and Muhammad. Later as he journeyed home, Muhammad told his followers that the affair at Hudaybiyya was in fact a "victory". As proof of the victory Muhammad promised his followers that they would have the "booty" of the Jewish settlement of Khaibar. Weeks later Muhammad attacked and plundered Khaibar. The Khaibar’s plunder approach is ground to Moslems’ behavior till today.
Muhammad broke the Hudaybiyya treaty as soon as he realized that his enemy fell asleep on its sword. This type of Islamic agreements’ signing tradition continues till today. You are obliged to the agreement till you are not.
Yasser Arafat’s Hudaybiyy “peace” agreement with Israel ended when Israel unilaterally left Lebanon. Arafat understood that Israel is fatigued and that was the time to attack her. Arafat then began his first intifada that lasted from December 1987 until the Madrid Conference in 1991. However, Arafat was disappointed that Israel stroke back and he was not successful in his plan. And so the Arabs’ attempts to destroy Israel, in whatever mean and way possible, continue.
Israel unilateral withdrawal from Gaza was a show of weakness which, in the eyes of the Arabs, made Israel beatable.
The nuclear “deal” with Iran was never signed; it was a verbal Memorandum of Understanding only, based on the same deception Muhammad and Arafat used. Iran succeeded to deceive the West for 15 years, the time frame of the agreement. Fifteen years is a speck in human history. After the fifteen years end, Iran can do whatever it wishes and can and will.
Denial of religion and history dignity
The Moslem Arabs, who named themselves “Palestinians,” living within Israel’s land, that includes Judea and Samaria, constantly seek to prevent Jews from praying at their holy sites, whether it is Temple Mount, the Tomb of Joseph shrine, Rachel’s Tomb, the Tomb of the Patriarchs or the like. Each time Jews arrive to pray at those holy sites Arabs break out in violent riots.
Why Moslem Arabs cannot accept the site of Jews praying at their holy ancient site? It is a function of a narrative in which the presence of Jews in any part of the Land of Israel is seen as offensive and a challenge to Moslem national pride. It is also the reason why the Arab-“Palestinians” and their allies managed to get UNSECO (The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) to pass a ludicrous resolution which denies there is any connection between Temple Mount and the Western Wall to Judaism and the Jewish people. The entire point of the UNESCO campaign is to have one other angle from which to deny Jews not only their state but also their right to their own history and faith.
Denial rights of Jews to sovereignty
The purpose of the Moslem anti-Zionists and anti-Semites who deny Jews rights in Jerusalem, Nablus or anywhere in the holy land, is to erase the entire Jewish story. Only by denying the narrative of Jewish history that validates the rights of Jews to sovereignty in their ancestral homeland you can achieve the end goal of delegitimizing the modern state of Israel. If you accomplish this goal, not only you can convince a gullible, the useful idiots, perhaps the ignoramus or the undercurrent hostile to Jews world that a democratic Jewish majority nation is not allowed self-defense, you can then also allow hate-driven terrorists to be glorified as heroes, martyrs who fighting for their human rights.
The issue is not where Jews may pray, rather, it is do Jews have any religious or other rights at all. And that is a fight from which all decent persons, claiming to oppose anti-Semitism and any type of bigotry should not shrink from.
Anyone bit especially Jews must take their enemies’ threats on face value, no interpretation allowed. When Israel’s enemies say they will destroy Israel they mean it.
Peace, even if it is temporary peace, in the Middle East is given only to the invincible. So long that Israel is invincible there will be peace, short or long term, much depends on Israel’s behavior an invincibility.
Worthwhile knowing that Islam manifests its hate for the Jews and it attacks Israel with the wish to destroy the Jewish state but this will not end with Israel as the victim. If America continues projecting the weakness it projects nowadays, Islam notices this weakness and will attack to conquer.
On May 19, 1991 Mohamed Akram issued “An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Moslem Brotherhood in North America,” a 32 page document, first 16 pages are in Arabic, explaining how the Moslem Brotherhood is planning to take over America. The list of the Moslem Brotherhood in America includes CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations), MSA (Muslim Students Association, or Muslim Student Union).
Islam is not the West’s friendly partner. If the west is not invincible, Islam will trick the West into its Muhammad Treaty of Hudaybiyya.
