50-year-old man drowns on Crimson Beach in Netanya

A 50-year-old man drowned on Crimson Beach in Netanya on Saturday.

MDA paramedics attempted to resuscitate the man after he was rescued from the sea in a critical condition, but were unable to save him.

Earlier on Saturday, a 62-year-old man was pulled unconscious from the sea in Kiryat Haim.
He was evacuated to Rambam Hospital in Haifa, where he remains in a serious condition.
The Israel Meteorological Service warned on Saturday that the sea is dangerous for bathing.
