The Population and Immigration Authority on Tuesday informed State Prosecutor Moshe Lador that they had decided to submit an indictment against Attorney-General Yehuda Weinstein's wife, Aviva, for employing an illegal foreign worker.
The investigation into the allegations that Weinstein's wife employed the Indian foreign worker until 2009, up until and after he began serving as attorney-general, began in February.
