Abbas to go to Tehran for 'non-alligned bloc' meeting

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on Sunday said he would accept an invitation to visit Tehran next month, extended by Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdullah during a meeting in Amman, official Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.

Abbas said he would participate in the "non-aligned bloc" meeting, set to take place at the end of August in the Iranian capital.
