'Blasts outside Turkish ministry, party office wound two'

ANKARA - Two devices exploded outside Turkey's foreign ministry and offices of the ruling AK Party in the capital Ankara on Tuesday, wounding at least two people, CNN Turk reported.

Police arrested two people, the television channel said.
