Canadian diplomat's son arrested in Miami drug-related shooting

MIAMI - Miami police have arrested the son of a Canadian diplomat who was allegedly involved in a drug-related shooting that left his teenage brother and another man dead, according to news reports.
The shooting occurred at a home in an upscale neighborhood about five miles from downtown Miami on Monday afternoon, according to the Miami Herald newspaper, citing local police.
"We believe it was a dispute over a drug transaction," Miami Police Chief Rodolfo Llanes told the paper.
Jean Wabafiyebazu, the 17-year-old son of Canadian Consul General Roxanne Dubé, was killed inside the home along with a suspected drug dealer, the Herald reported late Tuesday.
Police later arrested and charged 15-year-old Marc Wabafiyebazu with felony murder, according to police, while another suspected drug dealer, 19, who fled the scene was arrested and charged with felony murder and marijuana possession with intent to sell.
