Danon assails Abbas as 'professor of terror'

Deputy Defense Minister Danny Danon said on Saturday that Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas is "on his way to becoming a professor in terror."

"First his doctorate denied the Holocaust and now he claims Hamas isn't a terrorist organization," he said.

"Abbas apparently forgot that after the election in Gaza, Hamas' people threw Fatah representatives off of roofs and that one of the goals of Hamas is to destroy Israel," Danon added. "He forgot that the whole world calls Hamas a terrorist organization."
