Detectives arrest three Palestinian suspects in West Bank hit and run

Detectives from the Judea and Samaria police district backed up by IDF troops arrested three Palestinians in the village of Kablan in the West Bank late Monday night, who are suspected of being involved in a hit and run at the Alon junction hours earlier.
The man remains in Beilinson Hospital in serious condition, after he was struck by a vehicle in a hit and run on Monday at the junction in the northern West Bank. The man was airlifted in an IDF helicopter to Beilinson after the accident, suffering from severe head injuries.
The Judea and Samaria police said that they still have not been able to determine if the incident was a terror attack or simply a hit and run accident. They have still not located the vehicle, they said Tuesday.
After the incident, IDF troops and Israel Police officers fanned across the West Bank looking for the suspects, and set up checkpoints in an attempt to locate them.
At the moment the investigation is in the hands of the Shin Bet General Security Service, police said.
