Family of missing soldier Oron Shaul: We will believe he is alive until proven otherwise

The family of the soldier who is missing in Gaza said Tuesday that they are holding out hope that he remains alive.

A spokesperson for Sgt. Shaul Oron's family, Racheli Gazit, said Tuesday that the family will believe Shaul is alive until they are definitively told otherwise.

"As long as the identificaton process hasn't finished, and there are no unequivocal findings, he is still alive in the family's eyes," she said.
