Former Bank of Israel governor Moshe Zanbar passed away on Monday, 86 years old.
Zanbar, a Holocaust survivor, also served as an advisor to finance ministers Levi Eshkol and Pinchas Sapir. He served as BoI governor from 1971-1976, the second person to hold the post.
His funeral will take place on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at the Kiryat Shaul in Tel Aviv.
