France and Saudi Arabia finalizing $3b. arms deal with Lebanon

France and Saudi Arabia are reportedly in the process of finalizing a $3 billion weapons deal with the Lebanese Army, according to a report by French news agency AFP.

Saudi prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz met Monday with French president Francoise Holland at the the Elysee Palace.

"We have come together, Saudi Arabia and France, to help Lebanon on the condition that it also helps itself, for its own security," said Hollande.
