IDF seals off West Bank village following deadly Jerusalem attack

Israel Defense Forces units surrounded and sealed off the West Bank village of Deir Abu Mash'al, near Ramallah, on Friday evening according to the IDF Spokesperson's Unit.
The location is believed to be the origin of the individuals who carried out Friday evening's deadly attack in Jerusalem, resulting in the death of Hadas Malka, a female Border Police officer.
Extended family members and those associated with those responsible for the attack have had their entry permits into Israel revoked.
According to the IDF, a full closure of the village has been imposed and only humanitarian access may gain access into the village.
Staff Sergeant Major Hadas Malka, 23, was taken to the emergency care unit at nearby Hadassah University Medical Center in critical condition after sustaining multiple stab wounds during the attack. Hospital officials later pronounced her death after failing to save her life.
Only hours after the attack, Gaza-based terrorist organization Hamas praised the bloodshed.
