Man jumps off Ramle Bridge in front of train

A man jumped off the Ramle Bridge on Monday in the early afternoon, in front of a passenger train that was leaving the station, Israel Railways reported. The man was treated by Magen David Adom on the spot and was then brought to a hospital.

Due to the incident, train traffic to Jerusalem and Beersheba was temporarily suspended but resumed shortly thereafter, Israel Railways said.
