Report: Netanyahu, Putin discuss Iran, Ukraine via telephone

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke on the phone late Tuesday, according to the official news website of the President, Kremlin.

The two leaders reportedly discussed current international conflicts, including the situation in Ukraine and talks regarding Iran's nuclear program.

Putin reportedly blamed Kiev's irresponsible policy for the recent military escalation in Ukraine.

According to his self-run news source, Putin slammed the country's disregard to its Russian-speaking citizens.
