Prime Minister Binyamin Neyanyahu addresses the fourth Annual International Cybersecurity Conference at Tel Aviv University on Sunday.

He raised the issue of cyber attacks on Israel's civilian internet during the recent Gaza war, which he said was "designed to harm the daily lives Israelis. "Those cyber attacks failed just like the rockets aimed at Israel's population failed."

Cyber security was different, he said. "You don't know where the attacks come from."
